What Is Tarot Card Reading?

Tarot card reading comes under cartomancy, that is the art of fortune-telling with the help of a bunch of cards. The practitioners of this form use tarot cards to make presumptions about an individual’s past life events or the ones that are going to happen in the future. It is believed that these cards originated from India and Egypt. Conventionally, there are 78 cards in a deck of tarot cards that can be divided into two groups known as the Major Arcana and Minor Arcana respectively. Swords represent thoughts, words, and actions, and lastly, Pentacles represent material aspects of the world like wealth, finances, and career paths.

Many practitioners believe that they can begin to tread on the path of spiritual growth with the usage of tarot cards.
